If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll guide you through a calm and simple exchange or store credit — no stress, no complicated forms.
🛏️ How the 30-Night Trial Works
- Try your Zoala product for up to 30 nights from the date of delivery.
- If you’re not fully satisfied, email hello@zoala.com.au within the 30-day period.
- Include your order number, a short explanation of your experience, and a photo of the item’s condition.
- Our team will guide you through a hassle-free return, exchange, or store credit — calm, simple, and stress-free.
📦 Return Conditions
- Products must be in clean, undamaged condition (no stains, tears, odours, or excessive wear).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Applies only to eligible products (check individual product pages for eligibility).
- Accessories and non-pillow items such as sleep masks, knee pillows, and comfort tools generally fall under this 30-Night Trial unless stated otherwise.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty, defective, unsafe, or misdescribed under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
💫 Resolution Options
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your chosen resolution within 5–10 business days:
- Exchange for another product, or
- Store credit for future use.
Refunds to the original payment method are only available where required by ACL (faulty, defective, unsafe, or misdescribed products).
