✨ We’ll organise a hassle-free return, exchange, or refund — no stress, no complicated processes.

📦 Return Conditions

• Products must be in clean, undamaged condition (no stains, tears, or excessive wear).
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Applies to eligible products only (not all products are covered — please check individual product pages).
• Accessories like sleep masks, knee pillows, and other non-pillow items generally fall under this 30-Night Trial unless otherwise specified.
• Return shipping costs may apply (unless the product is faulty under Australian Consumer Law).
