What are your general shipping times and rates?

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after payment and processing. Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

🚚 Standard Shipping (6 to 12 business days)

  • Orders $0.00–$59.99: $6.99
  • Orders $60.00 and up: FREE

🚀 Express Shipping (4 to 10 business days)

  • Flat rate: $14.95

Note: During peak periods (e.g., holidays), delivery may be delayed due to courier backlogs.

We are an Australian-owned business supporting the local economy. Some products are locally sourced, while others may ship from overseas suppliers depending on stock availability.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly (within 24-72 hours). If you need to modify or cancel, email hello@zoala.com.au  immediately.

  • Eligible if the product fails to deliver as promised.
  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless faulty.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds are store credit only.
