📦 Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping 6–12 business days

Orders $60.00+FREE

Express Handling 4–10 business days

Orders $0.00–$59.99$14.95 AUD
Orders $60.00+$9.95 AUD

“Express” refers to priority handling in our fulfilment centre. Final delivery times depend on courier partners and are not guaranteed courier express services.

✅ Guaranteed Delivery Windows

Zoala guarantees delivery within the maximum timeframe of the shipping option selected, calculated from payment confirmation:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 12 business days
  • Express Handling: Delivered within 10 business days
Estimated internal stages (not guaranteed)
  • Payment confirmation: Up to 1 business day
  • Processing & dispatch: Typically 1–3 business days, but may take longer during peak demand or split shipments
  • Courier transit: Remainder of the selected delivery timeframe

These stages are indicative only. Delays in individual stages do not constitute a breach, provided the parcel is delivered within the total guaranteed timeframe of the selected shipping option.

🔄 Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. Each parcel receives its own tracking number once dispatched.

🛠 Quality & Processing

Every Zoala item undergoes a quality control check. Some products may ship from overseas partners, however delivery will always remain within the guaranteed timeframe.

📱 Tracking Your Order

Most Zoala parcels are handled by Australia Post. Customers can track their delivery directly on the Australia Post website using the tracking number provided once the order is dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. Please ensure a valid mobile number is provided at checkout, as couriers may require contact during delivery.

🎄 Holiday & Public Holiday Delays

  • Deliveries may take longer during peak periods
  • We recommend placing orders early
  • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once with the courier

🚫 Unconfirmed or Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Orders may be placed on hold until address confirmation
  • The order will not be dispatched until confirmed
  • If no response is received within 60 days, the order may be cancelled
  • A store credit equal to the product value will be issued

Store credit is issued where delivery cannot be completed due to address issues, in line with ACL.
