Please note: “Express” refers to priority handling in our fulfilment centre — your order is prepared and dispatched ahead of others. Final delivery times depend on our courier partners (Australia Post, Aramex, CouriersPlease, Amazon Logistics, etc.) and are not equivalent to guaranteed courier express services.

Even if dispatch takes slightly longer, we guarantee that your parcel will be delivered within this timeframe. Most customers receive their Zoala orders sooner.

🔄 Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you once dispatched.

If you receive one part of your order before another, don’t worry — the remaining items are still on their way.

Every item passes a quality control check before leaving our warehouse. While some products may be shipped directly from our overseas distribution partners, delivery will always fall within our guaranteed timeframe.

📱 Tracking Your Order

Use the Track Your Order page on our website. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to view your delivery status.

Most Zoala parcels are handled by Australia Post. For the most accurate, real-time updates, track your number directly on the Australia Post website.

Tracking scans may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch — this is normal courier procedure. Please ensure your mobile number is entered correctly at checkout, as couriers often use it for delivery notifications or contact if required.

🎄 Holiday Season & Public Holiday Delays

During busy periods — including Christmas, Easter, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and other public holidays — courier networks may experience higher than usual parcel volumes.

  • Deliveries can take longer than the standard timeframes stated in this policy. We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
  • While Zoala prioritises fast fulfilment on our end, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once the parcel is with the courier.
  • We’ll always provide tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
