Shipping Rates
- Orders under $60 AUD: Flat rate of $6.99 AUD (Standard Shipping)
- Orders over $60 AUD: FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide
- Express Shipping (Australia only): Flat rate of $14.95 AUD
Please note: Express Shipping is not available for New Zealand orders.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-Night Comfort Guarantee.
Simply email us at hello@zoala.com.au within 30 days of receiving your product, include a photo and your reason for return, and we'll guide you through a hassle-free refund or exchange — in accordance with our policy.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be in clean, undamaged condition.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
- For hygiene reasons, used sleep masks and bedding cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We’ll work to resolve it swiftly with a refund, exchange, or replacement — your comfort is our priority.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes things change. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for eligible products under our 30-Night Trial, provided they meet return condition standards.
