🛏️ How the 90-Night Trial Works

  • ✨ Try your pillow for up to 90 nights from the date of delivery.
  • ✨ If you’re not completely satisfied, contact our team at hello@zoala.com.au within the trial period.
  • ✨ Provide your order number, a short note describing your experience, and a clear photo of the pillow’s condition.
  • ✨ We’ll assist you with a hassle-free return or exchange — calm, simple, and stress-free.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Pillows must be in clean, undamaged condition (no stains, tears, odours, or excessive wear).
  • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
  • The trial applies only to Zoala Recovery Pillows purchased directly from www.zoala.com.au.
  • Limit of one return per household under the 90-Night Trial.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty, defective, unsafe, or misdescribed under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

💫 What Happens Next

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your store credit or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in accordance with the ACL (for faulty, defective, unsafe, or misdescribed products).
