✨ If you’re not completely satisfied, simply email us at hello@zoala.com.au within the trial period.
✨ Provide your order number, a brief explanation of your experience, and a photo of the pillow’s condition.
✨ We'll guide you through a hassle-free return or exchange — stress-free and judgment-free.
📦 Return Conditions
- Pillows must be in clean, undamaged condition (no stains, tears, or excessive wear).
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
- The trial applies only to Recovery Pillows purchased directly from Zoala.
- Limit of one return per household for the 90-Night Trial.
- Return shipping costs may apply (unless the product is faulty under Australian Consumer Law).
